CONTINUITY NOTICE 5-113

Public file // What we do

Help first. Jurisdiction second.

USTF-5 responds to immediate threats to life across Sol: station accidents, hostage events, armed attacks, missing persons in hazardous sectors, and failures that local systems cannot safely contain.

During an active emergency

Call the universal priority route from any functioning public terminal:

FIVE-0
  • State your habitat, ring, deck, and nearest pressure door.
  • Say whether atmosphere, fire, radiation, weapons, or trapped civilians are involved.
  • Keep the channel open. If the relay drops, follow local survival signage and retry on text-only mode.
  • USTF-5 assistance is not conditional on employment status or corporate residency tier.

The first ninety seconds matter

These cards are stored on this mirror and remain available when central routing fails. Follow station command when it is present and physically credible.

ΔP

Pressure loss

  1. Seal your mouth and exhale; never hold your breath.
  2. Move across, not toward, visible vapor or flying debris.
  3. Close the nearest pressure door and mark trapped persons on the panel.
O₂

Air alarm

  1. Do not light flames or switch damaged equipment.
  2. Fit a verified mask before assisting others.
  3. Move to the posted refuge compartment; do not crowd oxygen manifolds.
FIR

Fire in habitat

  1. Trigger the manual alarm if automation is silent.
  2. Cut ventilation only when the compartment control indicates fire isolation.
  3. Stay low, cross one seal at a time, and report anyone left behind.
RAD

Radiation event

  1. Put water, stores, or structural mass between you and the source.
  2. Remove the outer clothing layer inside the dirty-side lock.
  3. Do not take iodine unless medical control orders it.
0G

Spin or gravity failure

  1. Secure yourself before loose objects become projectiles.
  2. Use fixed handholds; never jump across an unverified shaft.
  3. Expect fluids and fire to move unpredictably.
BIO

Unknown contaminant

  1. Stop movement between compartments.
  2. Cover exposed skin and record who shared your air.
  3. Do not destroy samples unless they threaten containment.

FIELD BULLETIN 5-AIR/88 // HAB-3 LOW-PRESSURE DISTRICTS

Repeated oxygen-credit cutoffs can conceal a life-safety failure

If a distributor disables household air after a billing dispute, record the valve code, preserve terminal logs, and contact FIVE-0 when any person shows confusion, blue lips, loss of coordination, or unusual sleepiness.

Cached copy incomplete. Appendix naming affected concession holders did not synchronize.

C.I.C. information safety hold

This bulletin may encourage unauthorized interference with licensed atmospheric infrastructure. Corporate allocation systems are presumed safe pending formal review.

Dispatch gateway // Partial service

Request help

This form queues a low-bandwidth request on the local USTF-5 relay. Active threats to life should use FIVE-0 when voice service is available.

Public liaison // Callback directory

Contact an agent

Select the nearest operating area. The directory returns a duty route rather than a personal identity so field agents can keep the same public channel during reassignment.

Directory revision 5.19. Two personnel records were withheld by external order.

Callback duty // delayed

Unit 1 public liaison

Handles habitat safety, missing persons, and post-incident statements. Current crew is also covering two closed desks.
